- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was an extremely disappointing experience and I would never suggest anyone go to this company for treatment. While my knee got better through therapy at the Mt.Vernon center, the Centralia campus is absolutely awfully. They taught me to put my brace on the incorrect way, which caused me week of pain. The staff and receptionist are rude and not customer oriented at all. Dr. Freehill was very polite but in my whole treatment time I probably only saw her twenty minutes. For my appointments at the Centralia campus, I sat in the waiting room for 30+ minutes. My last visit I came early and still waited an hour before I saw the doctor. Overall, I am very upset with my time there and will not seek further treatment from this facility.September 25, 2017by Shea Pearce
