- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Renner and her staff are wonderful! My children were 4 and 6 when we started at her practice. They are treated gently and have always had wonderful experiences with the hygienists, secretary and Dr. Renner. Friendly atmosphere, kind people, and great at sending reminder cards and calls so I would remember our appointments (we usually schedule 6 months in advance).September 24, 2017by H Olson
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is in response to the complaint filed against our office. The family in question stated that they were never told we did not accept their insurance. We always tell our patients with that particular insurance that we would bill their insurance, but we were not providers in their network. For a year and a half this family came to our office and would have received a statement with the procedure that was completed, what they paid, and their next appointment date for any and all members of the family. They would also receive an explanation of benefits from their insurance company that would show that we were not preferred providers and that there would be a remaining balance. It would also show the portion that is the patients responsibility. Our office policy has always been if there is a balance on account it has to be cleared before we can send out records that were requested to be sent to another office. Our office provided a service to the above family for a year and a half and their insurance paid their portion of that service. We are only requesting that this family pay their share. The family in question turned this matter over to the Better Business Bureau. As an impartial third party, after all the documentation was sent to their office, the Better Business Bureau found there to be no basis for their complaint and the case was closed.January 14, 2017by A Google User
